When it comes to benefits, we offer our employees what other trucking companies and transportation companies can’t. Whether they’re company drivers, dedicated drivers, or non-driver personnel, all Landair employees receive the same, all-inclusive benefits package. At Landair, all full time employees become eligible to enroll in a wide variety of benefits following the completion of their first 3 months of employment, effective on the first day of the following month. *For example, if you were hired in April your benefits will become effective on August 1. Once enrolled, employees may only make changes to their benefits during an open enrollment period, which is held in December of each year, unless the employee experiences a "qualifying event" prior to open enrollment. The HR department must be notified of the qualifying event within 30 days of the event in order to add or delete dependents from the insurance plans. The exception to this rule is our 401K plan, which may be modified at the first of each month.
