Greeneville, TN – For the fourth consecutive year, Landair was presented with the Platinum safety award, the highest award level in the Great West Casualty National Safety Awards Program. Great West, a liability insurance provider, recognizes carriers in similar operations with safety awards based on their year-end preventable accident results, which are based on crash data collected per million miles.
“Accepting this award four times in a row speaks to the consistency of our drivers and reflects the emphasis placed on safety throughout the organization,” said John Tweed, President of Landair.
“We are pleased to accept this award on behalf of every Landair driver who made this achievement possible,” added Donnie Streeter, Director of Driver Development at Landair.
